I want some more inputs on the content of the video to be posted in Sales Page. Its duration and important points to be kept in mind. Can you share any sample video.

Your Sales Page video for a Paid product should follow the outline of your Sales Page Copy. Below are some guidelines.
Content: Please follow my Landing & Sales Page Design Course. I go into depth of the different parts of an optimal sales page. Take the time out to write the content and then convert it into a video script that you can record.
Length: For a Paid Course/Coaching or Service Sales, try to keep it below 5mins. At the most 10 mins. There is no right or wrong answer here. Start off with a first version and then optimize it over time.
Remember to script first before recording a video. You want the sales video to be as flawless as possible.
