If you are experienced, then continue building out on Gutenberg.
You can use Elementor when you really need some specific page design or a functionality that is not avbl with Gutenberg.

But for the average user, not so used to website design, Elementor makes it super easy with its WYSIWYG experience.

Gutenberg blocks are indeed faster than Elementor.
There are a couple of issues:
1. Designing Time and Complexity.
Native Gutenberg designing UI is still far from ideal in my opinion.

1. If you are using Filmora then reduce the Bitrate in the settings before exporting videos. The default is at 8000. You can reduce to 4000.
2. There are some softwares available that reduce the video size. I haven’t personally tried them. You can check it and let us know if you find something good.
